Terms & confidentiality

Q: Is what I share confidential?

Yes. Everything shared is confidential, including what's written in emails, what is spoken of in the sessions and any audio content created. Confidentiality works both ways in our work together — I ask that you share nothing online. By purchasing sessions you are agreeing to this confidentiality agreement.

These terms apply to the online counselling, coaching and Q&A services offered by Melanie Philippides Dip.Couns (“Melanie Amandine”, “I”, “me”) through this website.

1. Services

I offer online counselling and coaching sessions (60 minutes, held on Zoom with cameras on or off), optional 25-minute audio summaries, bundles of three sessions and a Q&A audio response service. The Q&A service is not counselling or coaching; it offers my perspective on your situation.

2. Booking

After you place an order, please email me at melanieprsvp@gmail.com with your timezone. I will send you my availability in your local time. My working days are Monday to Saturday, 8am – 7pm UK time.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in British Pounds and are the same for counselling and coaching. Payment is made via PayPal, which converts your currency automatically. I work privately and do not work with health insurance companies.

4. Confidentiality agreement

5. Not an emergency service

My services are not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, please contact your local emergency services.
